The design of Casa Zoostenible emphasizes the use of natural materials and energy-efficient systems to minimize environmental impact. The layout incorporates open spaces that facilitate natural ventilation and lighting, reducing the need for artificial energy sources. The integration of green roofs and walls not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the home but also contributes to thermal insulation and biodiversity.

A key feature of the project is its adaptability to the local climate and topography. The orientation and placement of the house are carefully considered to optimize solar gain and wind patterns, ensuring comfort throughout the year. Rainwater harvesting systems are implemented to reduce water consumption, and waste management solutions are incorporated to promote recycling and composting.

 

The interior spaces are designed to foster a connection with the outdoors, with large windows and open-plan areas that blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living. Materials are selected for their durability and low environmental impact, contributing to the overall sustainability of the home.
